Participants attended a preliminary meeting of the BEC on the 03-10-2009 at the Fr. Mulders Catechetical Centre. Mr. Joseph Dek gave a briefing to the participants assisted by Ms. Mary Alex Dek. Most of the participants are from the Bahasa Malaysia speaking community of St. Mary’s Cathedral & St. Mark’s Church.
