Bro. Rufinus with Bishop Julius
Sandakan : Bro. Rufinus Palen, F.P. from the Congregation of Franciscan Penitents, attached to St Joseph the Worker Parish of the Diocese of Dipolog, Zamboanga, Phillipines and Fr Simon William, the former assistant parish priest of the then St Mary’s Church, who is currently a missionary priest for new evangelization based in Leyte Island, Phillipines paid a courtesy call to Bishop Julius Dusin Gitom respectively at the latter’s office this morning, 23rd December 2009.
