On arrival, the team set up their gadgets

   

Tawau : Some thirteen members of the Holy Trinity Parish including three staunch members of the Parish SOCCOM who had dedicated much time and effort in promoting news coverage, went for an outdoor adventures exploring and capturing exciting discoveries with their sophisticated cameras at Jerome Lim’s Plantation, about 50 km away from town on Sunday 14th August 2011.

The SOCCOM members Jerome Lim, Stuart Lai, Julita and the rest of the team departed from the church at 1.00 pm and reached their destination at 2.40 pm. The purpose of the outdoor trip is to have an exposure for enthusiastic photographers to test their skills apart from creating opportunities for members with the common interest to interact more intimately.

Beside changing the environment and setting, outdoor photography provides great satisfaction and opportunities to try one’s skill and art in capturing beautiful shots of nature. The group who are passionate and ardent nature lovers themselves, spend the whole afternoon admiring the wonders of God’s creation, the beauty and attraction of fauna and flora using their cameras





They took beautiful shots of nature, sharing knowledge and experience about the art of photography.

The trip was a wonderful and interesting experience. They got to know  other people sharing the same hobby. It was a great learning experience and with the photography skill and art enhanced, they would further contribute to the betterment of the Parish Soccom.
