The English Sunday School Facilitators of Holy Trinity Parish Tawau organized a formation talk from 9 in the morning to noon. Students aged 10 to 16 were taught on the item used during the celebration of the Eucharist. The talk was delivered by Seminarian Raymond Lee who is on his pastoral exposure at Holy Trinity Parish, Tawau.
Besides talk presentation, all students also have the opportunity to see and touch some of the things used during Eucharistic celebration such as the vestment, purificator, stole and others. They were thought about the difference of a “sink” and a Sacrarium.
Both participant’s, students and the teachers find that this session were an eye opening for them for they got to know the names and the use of it.
Some 27 students together with 7 class teachers turned up and participated in this very meaningful and interesting event.
It was indeed a very fruitful and informative session and talk. Seminarian Raymond Lee encourages this program to be organized at least once in two years.
Session ended with a simple fellowship.
