Soccom Tawau
Holy Trinity Parish Tawau played host to Diocesan Catholic Women’s Apostolate formerly called Called Catholic Women’s League after Sandakan became Diocese. These ladies have an important role in all parishes from out front to behind the scene. In his talk on ‘The Calling’ (Luke 5:1-13) Fr Christopher Ireneus pointed we are called by name irrespective of age n how we respond (Mark 1:16-20) will decide our service to God and our spiritual growth. Rev Fr stressed the importance of responding in a spirit of openness, as they are some who waits for retirement to serve, not knowing if tomorrow will come. Attendance from various parish totaled 87 with St Dominic being the largest contingent of 32. God bless the CWA whose service is PRICELESS!!
